This trip is aimed at countries that, in special ways, manage to achieve a high learning return through special forms of guidance and by creating a positive learning environment. Teachers are immersed in an education system that stimulates thinking differently and helps them, through creative solutions, to realize student guidance and a positive learning environment in their own school.

Itinerary Highlights

Day 1

Arrival and introduction

Introduction to the group, the theme of student guidance and positive learning environments, and the learning goals of the trip.

Day 2

Visit to an educational institution

Observation of guidance pathways, lesson programs for student guidance and career development, and conversations with teachers and guidance staff.

Day 3

Alternative educational environments

Exploration of innovative educational environments and inspiring examples of customization, well-being and learning support.

Day 4

Coaching and thinking differently

Interactive sessions focused on coaching, creative thinking, thinking differently, and translating insights into one’s own educational practice.

Day 5

Reflection and transfer to one’s own school

Intercultural exchange of experiences, collecting outcomes and formulating concrete action points for use in one’s own school.
